The mandatory primary gateway for Karnataka domicile candidates aiming for subsidized B.E. seats via the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA).

Serves as the vital entry route for out-of-state candidates and non-domicile students applying to private engineering colleges in Karnataka.

Mandatory for securing placements in the Master of Business Administration track (PGCET Code: B117) alongside personal interview phases.

A 2-Year rigorous corporate training vertical offering deep specializations in Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, and Business Analytics.

High-end R&D tracks featuring M.Tech in VLSI Design & Embedded Systems and M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning.

AIEMS also operates foundational Diploma engineering branches (ME, CE, CSE, ECE). Furthermore, VTU-recognized Ph.D. and M.Sc (by Research) tracks exist for Computer Science, Civil, Electronics, and Physics.

B.E. (KCET Government Quota)

Approximate baseline college fee Per Annum for state-allotted candidates.

B.E. (COMEDK / Management)

Ranges dynamically based on branch demand (CSE vs ME). The total 4-year outlay generally maps between ₹ 3.65 Lakhs to ₹ 4.86 Lakhs.

MBA & Polytechnic Tracks

MBA via PGCET maps near ₹ 68,560 per annum. Polytechnic diploma fees track around ₹ 56,000 per annum.

In addition to core tuition, students must remit initial registration charges, library/caution deposits, VTU examination and e-consortium fees, and campus tech-lab maintenance elements (often mapping around ₹ 12,810+ depending on the stream).

AIEMS operates a vast bus fleet covering Ramanagara, Kanakapura, and major Bangalore nodal points. Transport fees scale by distance. On-campus residential hostel and mess charges are processed separately as annual or semester-wise tariffs.

Deeply integrated with the state DBT systems, AIEMS validates massive tuition reimbursements for eligible Karnataka-domiciled students belonging to SC, ST, OBC (Cat-1, 2A, 3B), and minority communities facing verified socio-economic ceilings. Funds are processed via the ePASS/SSP digital frameworks.

Targeting boarding and sustenance parameters, eligible students hailing from rural sectors receive recurring state-sponsored stipends directed into linked Aadhaar bank accounts to offset hostel and campus transit maintenance.

Students capturing extreme top-tier KCET ranks who freeze their seats at AIEMS are frequently evaluated for internal institutional tuition waivers scaling across their academic lifecycle.

Aligned with the B.V.V. Sangha's equity mission, specific strategic tuition concessions and waivers are modeled exclusively to promote and sustain female engineering enrollment across core branches.

Verified baseline aggregate for the engineering (B.E.) cohorts, historically anchored by mass-volume IT service recruiters.

Recent historic apex commanded by top-percentile developers in specialized technical rounds and enterprise product-engineering drives.

The backbone of AIEMS placements is forged by global tech consulting giants. Consistent top-tier recruiters mapping the campus include Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, IBM, Capgemini, Cognizant, Wipro, and Mindtree, routinely absorbing tech graduates at a high conversion rate.

Boosted specifically by the on-campus Toyota Centre of Excellence, graduates from Mechanical and Electronics tracks witness targeted recruitment drives from heavy automotive OEM layers situated in the immediate Bidadi-Harohalli industrial ecosystem.

The Placement Cell mandates grueling pre-placement modules focusing on algorithmic coding, behavioral communication, and corporate agility, ensuring graduates align effortlessly with shifting modern HR demands.
